Our Story:

 

Fourth Space Network was founded on the belief that events can do more than entertain—they can create belonging, strengthen communities, and bring people together through shared experiences.

 

After years of producing festivals, managing volunteers, supporting artists, and working behind the scenes in live entertainment, we realized our combined experience could help organizations create events that are not only professionally produced, but intentionally welcoming, accessible, and community-centered.

 

We believe thriving communities are built by embracing diverse perspectives, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. Guided by the principles of cultural humility, we approach every event with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to listening, recognizing that meaningful community is created through collaboration rather than assumption.

 

Today, Fourth Space Network brings together event production, technical expertise, creative services, and community engagement to help organizations create experiences that foster connection, celebrate diversity, and strengthen communities through meaningful relationships.

Why Fourth Space?
 
The name Fourth Space reflects our belief that community isn't limited to a single place. It grows wherever people come together around shared interests, creativity, learning, and purpose. Our goal is to create experiences that continue long after an event ends, building relationships, strengthening communities, and inspiring future collaboration.
 
 

Looking Ahead

Fourth Space Network is more than an event production company.

Our long-term vision is to help communities grow through experiences that encourage creativity, belonging, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

 

As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our partnerships with artists, nonprofits, businesses, municipalities, and community organizations to create events that strengthen communities throughout Oregon and beyond.

 

 

Hostings

 

Meet Laura

Laura brings years of experience in festival production, volunteer management, artist hospitality, and community engagement. She has coordinated large volunteer teams, supported artists and vendors, and helped produce successful festivals from behind the scenes.

 

Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, with a minor in Queer Studies. She also earned a university microcredential in Serving LGBTQ Communities and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

 

Her passion is creating spaces where people feel connected, welcomed, and empowered to participate fully in their communities.

Hostings

Meet Steph

Steph brings extensive experience in live entertainment and technical production as a professional musician, bandleader, sound engineer, lighting designer and technician, graphic designer, website design and maintainance, and event promoter.

 

With more than 1,000 live performances across 18 states, Steph understands both the technical and creative sides of live events, as well as the interpersonal and individual needs of all those involved. Their experience helps ensure every production is thoughtfully planned, professionally executed, and memorable for audiences and performers alike.  Presently fronting the Eugene, OR-based music act Drive to Space. 

 

Steph is currently working towards the completion of a Bachlors of Science in Psychological Science at Oregon State University, and anticipates receiving that degree in May of 2027. Steph joined Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society in 2025, anticipates acceptance into Psi Chi Internationals Honors Society in the near future. In June of 2026, Steph was awarded a certificate letter acknowledging their 4.0 GPA and addition to President's List. 

 

 

Together, Laura and Steph combine experience in production, operations, entertainment, and community engagement to create memorable events.


For us, success isn't measured only by attendance—it's measured by the connections people make, the relationships they build, and the sense of community they take home with them.
