Event Producer

Concept β€’ Planning β€’ Production β€’ Execution

Ragefest was an independently produced music festival created to bring together artists, local businesses, vendors, and the community through live music and collaboration. From the earliest planning stages to the final performance, Laura and Steph managed nearly every aspect of the event, coordinating logistics, marketing, artist relations, ticketing, sponsorships, and day-of operations.

Producing Ragefest provided hands-on experience in every stage of event development and reinforced the importance of organization, communication, flexibility, and community partnerships.

🚧 CHALLENGES & EXPERIENCE

Producing an independent music festival required balancing dozens of moving parts simultaneously. From coordinating artists and vendors to developing ticketing systems, marketing campaigns, sponsorships, sanitation and public safety planning, every decision contributed to the overall success of the event.

The experience reinforced the value of preparation, flexibility, strong communication, and collaborative leadership when managing live events.

🌱 How This Experience Shapes Our Work Today:

Rage Fest demonstrated what it takes to transform an idea into a successful live event. Managing every stage of production strengthened my skills in event planning, logistics, marketing, artist relations, volunteer coordination, and community partnerships.

Those experiences continue to shape the way Fourth Space Network approaches event production todayβ€”combining careful planning with creative problem-solving to build organized, welcoming, and memorable experiences.
